A resource is something that fills your bucket, soothes you, brings you to a way of being that feels expansive. It can an image, a feeling, a memory, a person or pet, a place, words of wisdom that touch your heart, a meditation…

 
 

Here are resources that bring me to a way of being that feels elevated

  • Quantum Meditation (15 minutes) is my recording, based on Joe Dispenza’s book Becoming Supernatural (2017) on page 82-83. It invites you to come into pure awareness, without a material body, in a quantum field of possibilities

  • Soft Belly Meditation (6 minutes) is my recording from Stephen Levine’s A Year to Live (1997) on page 32-33. Guides you to let go of contraction and emotions that have settled in your belly

  • Building a Boundary (15 minutes) is a YouTube meditation by John Chitty, renowned in the craniosacral world. Gives you a way of checking to see that the energy shell (boundary) around you is intact and guides you in building up the fragile spots in it.
